This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you ("User" or "you") and DialectiX - AI Voice Secretary("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Voice AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. AI Services and Accuracy Disclaimer

The App utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide real-time transcription and translation services.

• Accuracy: You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any translations or transcriptions.
• User Responsibility: The Service is provided for informational purposes only. You should not rely on the App for critical medical, legal, or emergency communications.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any illegal activities or to record individuals without their express consent (in compliance with local wiretapping and privacy laws).
• Circumvent any security features, including but not limited to Firebase App Check or other authentication measures.
• Use the App to generate or transmit harmful, defamatory, or offensive content.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: Access to certain features may require a subscription. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds: All billing inquiries and refund requests must be directed to Apple.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
